EDUCATION DAY
BUILDING TRANSITIONS

TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES FOR IMPROVING PROJECT HANDOFF

Projects succeed or falter at their critical handoffs — when design hands off to construction, or construction hands off to operations. On Thursday, October 23 at Cineplex Dartmouth Crossing, this session will dig into the challenges and methods for ensuring information continuity across phases: from design through commissioning and into asset management. You’ll hear from practitioners who’ve grappled with these transitions and learn concrete strategies you can use in your own projects immediately. Registration opens at 8:00am. Coffee, refreshments, and light fare will be available throughout the morning.
