Keith Matthews

Keith Matthews is a Chief Estimator with PCL Construction, where he provides leadership in preconstruction, estimating, and strategic project pursuits across Atlantic Canada. In his role, Keith works closely with owners, designers, and project teams to develop innovative, value-driven solutions that support successful project outcomes.

Keith is a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) and holds Gold Seal Certification in Estimating (GSC), Construction Estimator Certification (CEC), and LEED® Accredited Professional credentials. He earned his Civil Engineering Technology diploma from NBCC Moncton and brings a strong technical foundation combined with practical, field-informed experience.

With over 26 years in the construction industry, Keith has held senior estimating and preconstruction roles with national contractors and has contributed to the delivery of complex commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects throughout all Atlantic Canadian provinces, including Newfoundland and Labrador. His career reflects a deep understanding of regional construction markets and a collaborative approach to working with industry partners.

Keith currently lives in the Bedford area with his wife and two daughters and remains actively engaged in advancing the construction industry through leadership, mentorship, and professional involvement.
