Greg Urquhart

Greg is a Project Lead and Associate at Lydon Lynch Architects, where he has been a key member of the team since 2018. He holds a Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, with a focus on adaptive reuse and sustainable building practices. With experience across all phases of a project—from initial feasibility consulting through to completed construction—Greg specializes in residential developments at all scales. He brings a deep understanding of current building practices, efficient and effective design solutions, and excels at streamlining collaboration between clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary design teams. 

Originally from New Brunswick, Greg has called Halifax home since 2013. He lives in Clayton Park with his partner Maya and dog Otis, and has been slowly renovating the 60’s era house over the past few years. In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time outdoors, planning the next trip away, and playing hockey and slo-pitch softball.
