David Boudreau

David is the Director of Business Development at Pomerleau for Atlantic Canada and a key member of the company’s national defense sector group. With over 30 years of experience in Atlantic Canada’s construction industry, he brings extensive leadership skills developed through roles in ownership, operations, estimating, and business development.

He blends deep construction knowledge with a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset, enabling him to build strong partnerships, navigate complex project environments, and deliver value to clients across a wide range of sectors.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing from the University of New Brunswick.

A Past President of a New Brunswick trade contracting association and a former board member of the Canadian association, David has contributed significantly to the advancement of the construction industry at both the provincial and national levels.

He is also deeply committed to his community, supporting organizations such as the Heart and Stroke Foundation and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. While his two sons were growing up, he was heavily involved in his local minor hockey association, fostering youth sports and community development.

In his spare time, David enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
