Anne Winters

Anne has worked as a licensed professional planner in Nova Scotia for 12 years. During her time as a consultant with WSP, Anne led a variety of projects ranging from land development feasibility and assessments, site planning design, site and community master planning, and coordinating pre-construction needs for planning application approvals. Her time as a Project Manager with WSP has brought her to various communities throughout Atlantic Canada, and has worked with clients in land development, First Nation communities, as well as clients in both local and Provincial governments.

Anne currently works at the Halifax Regional Municipality as Principal Planner with the Regional Planning team. Through this role, Anne has led work on long range policy planning projects related to the Regional Plan Review including population and growth scenario projections, infrastructure planning and renewal, and aligning long term future growth policies with critical service providers.
