Beth McLeod
Past President
Beth MacLeod is a Principle at Lydon Lynch Architects. Originally from Alberta, Beth moved to Halifax to study Architecture at Dalhousie, where she received her Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies and Master of Architecture.
Beth started her architectural career focused on renovations, interior fit ups and residential construction at RHAD Architects. Following that, she was with EXP Architects working largely on institutional buildings. At Lydon Lynch Architects, Beth works on multi-residential, commercial and institutional projects of all scales.
Beth has been heavily involved in both provincial and national internship organizations, having served on and chaired the NSAA Intern Architect Committee and having co-founded and chaired the RAIC Emerging Practitioners. This new group is a big step forward in giving interns and emerging architects a national voice in the architectural community.
In her free time, Beth can be found in Halifax Harbour on a kayak or walking her pup.
